- One of MCC's new projects is the new Fourtex “sharabati-denim” new textile project with an area of approximately 160,000 m2.
- Construction of the project consists of A Full Precast integrated factory as follows:
- Core Spun hall with approximately 25,000 m2 area of a precast building alongside technological stations and other requirements.
- A new challenging precast elements from producing transporting and Erection for an I-BEAM with a length of 38 m and almost 60 tons of weight, all design was based on using these I-beam’s with various lengths in order to fulfill as much as free span halls
- A major underground Tank for Fire Fighting
- 5 major Warehouses with an approximate area of 30,000 m2
- A sizing Hall
- A warping Hall
