Qualifications :
- Min 7 years’ experience in Concrete structures within Min 3 Years in Precast – prestressed concrete design is a must
- Full awareness of Structural analysis & Design is a must
- Professional using structural analysis and design software ( Sap2000 , Etabs , Concise beam ) is a must
- Professional using AutoCAD and Revit is a must ,( Tekla is advantage )
- Good awareness of Quantity survey
- Full awareness of Egyptian code & Precast codes ( ACI , PCI ) is a must
Responsibilities
- Preparing Technical reports, calculations and connection design for Pre-cast elements
- Preparing and reviewing of precast general arrangement drawings (GAD).
- Preparing and reviewing of production shop drawings (SD)
- Preparation and development of method statements and Procedures
- Technical reviews and development of reports.
- Co-ordination of variations and project changes.
- Support erection operations as required
Safety and health officer
- OSHA construction certificate
- Safety and Health Administration Certificate
- Experience Previous work in construction companies (experience not less than 5 years)
- The ability to prepare risk analysis reports for construction sites and statistics
- Aware of of safety requirements for all types of cranes
- Leadership and communication skills, and dealing with emergency situations
- Aware of ISO 45001 requirements
- higher education qualification
